Terms of Service for QuickFyre App

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuickFyre mobile application (the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.[1] If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
This is a legally binding agreement between you and QuickFyre ("we," "us," or "our").[2] These Terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of our App.[3] By accessing this App, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.
2. License to Use the App
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.[4]
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security.
4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the App in any way that:

Involves transmitting any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App for violating these rules.[5]
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QuickFyre and its licensors.[7] The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the [Your Country] and foreign countries.[7] Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of QuickFyre.[7]
6. User-Generated Content
If our App allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"), you are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the App.[7]
By posting Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such Content on and through the App.[4] You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit.[7]
7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
If our App includes in-app purchases or subscriptions, the following will apply:

Payments will be processed through the app store from which you originally downloaded the application (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).[4]

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the App.[4] Without limitation, we make no warranty that the App will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or error-free.[7]
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will QuickFyre, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.[4]
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to These Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
